Employee: Renee Knight
Title: Customer Support Manager
Experience: 24 years

Renee joined Farragut Systems in May 2015 as the Customer Support Manager. She is certified in ITIL Foundations. Prior to joining the company, she spent over 20 years working in healthcare technology in several areas including support, product management, interface implementations and development.

Prior to joining Farragut, Renee spent 13 years at Clarivia Corporation, later Cerner Corporation, where she worked in a number of client focused positions, including Customer Support Manager and Operations Lead. Under Renee’s leadership, client satisfaction numbers saw a steady improvement over a 6 month period. In every position, she was committed to ensuring a great client experience with each encounter.

Renee graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. During her off hours, Renee enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and working puzzles. She’s also an avid sports fan and enjoys going to watch them live. Seeing every NFL football stadium is big on her bucket list.

Employee: Eric Reppi
Title: System Engineer
Experience: 9 years

Eric joined Farragut in late June of 2015. He moved from Syracuse, New York to join the company as a System Engineer. Eric has over 5 years of experience in technical support and enjoys being able to help customers solve their problems. In his free time, Eric has enjoyed exploring the new city.

Employee: Nick Burnette
Title: Technical Support Analyst
Experience: 1 years

Nick graduated from Wake Technical Community College with an Associate's degree in Computer Programming. He joined Farragut in February, 2018, in the role of Technical Support Analyst. Since joining, he has assisted with the VTS, Local Gov, and B&C products. In his free time, he likes to learn new skills and play video games.
